JAMSHEDPUR – At the Sparkle Fest 2023, students from various grades participated in different competitions, each tailored to their age group and skills.

Nursery to UKG students engaged in a color filling competition, unleashing their creativity and imagination.

Students of standard 1 and 2 demonstrated their artistic abilities in a drawing competition.

For children in standards 3 to 5, the toran making competition provided a platform to blend traditional crafts with modern aesthetics.

The Diya decoration competition for standards 6 to 8 allowed students to add a personal touch to the quintessential symbol of Diwali.

Finally, the rangoli making competition for the senior students of standards 9 to 12 showcased intricate designs and vibrant colors.

The participation was enthusiastic, reflecting the school’s commitment to fostering creativity and cultural appreciation among its students.

This celebration comes in the backdrop of a broader movement in Jamshedpur towards eco-friendly Diwali celebrations.

For instance, Kid Pid Play School in Adityapur, Jamshedpur, also celebrated an eco-friendly Diwali, emphasizing the festival’s deeper meanings of joy, harmony, and the triumph of good over evil. Their campus was decorated with rangoli and crafts that promoted an environmentally conscious approach to the festival.
