Plan to Take Govt Schemes to Doorsteps in East Singhbhum Drive

Ensuring no eligible beneficiary in East Singhbhum misses out on government schemes, ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program kicks off on 15th November. District Magistrate Shri Manjunath Bhajantri initiates a comprehensive plan to meet the government’s objectives and the people’s aspirations through these camps, with a directive to cover all qualified individuals.

JAMSHEDPUR – The East Singhbhum district gears up for a significant governance initiative.

Starting 15th November, the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program will mobilize resources to reach the populace.

District Magistrate Shri Manjunath Bhajantri spearheaded a preparatory meeting with senior officers.

The directive was clear: implement government schemes effectively and inclusively.

A district-level team formation was ordered to oversee the daily operations of the camp.

Each Panchayat is mandated to host at least one camp, ensuring wide public benefit.

The focus is on maximizing outreach and benefits of various public welfare schemes.

No eligible person should miss out on any governmental schemes, asserted the District Magistrate.

Public awareness is crucial, with stalls at camps providing scheme-wise information.

Pre-camp publicity is essential for ensuring community turnout and participation.

A plethora of services and schemes will be accessible at these camps.

From housing and irrigation schemes to vital certificates and pensions, all will be available.

The camps also cater to revenue matters, Aadhar and Ayushman Card registrations.

Laborers can register on the Shramadhan portal, while ration and electricity grievances will be addressed.

Public projects under 15th FC, Tribal Welfare, and MNREGA will invite applications.

On-spot distribution of benefits will be conducted through the ‘Kalyan Manch’ at each camp.

The unclaimed caste certificates from previous drives will be distributed.

Cycle purchase subsidies will be processed via DBT to beneficiaries on the same day.

Distribution of IDs and essentials like dhoti, saree, and blankets will be included.

A seven-day deadline post-camp has been set for the execution of applications.

Non-camp executable applications will be processed within the campaign for doorstep delivery.

Officials including the SDO, ADM, and district department heads attended the meeting.
