Chief Minister Hemant Soren presents 10,020 offer letters at Chaibasa Rozgar Mela; Government emphasizes commitment to tribal and native individuals with 75% job allocation in Jharkhand.

CHAIBASA – In an unprecedented move towards employment, Chief Minister Hemant Soren presented offer letters to 10,020 candidates at the Rozgar Mela in Chaibasa.

The Chief Minister also announced the extension of the tenure of assistant police personnel by two years, underlining the government’s dedication to serving the state’s 3.25 crore population.

Various employment schemes targeting educated, less educated, and illiterate individuals are being actively implemented in the state.

The Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme, providing financial assistance, is one such initiative aimed at nurturing the local workforce.

The government has mandated private companies in Jharkhand to allocate 75% of jobs with salaries up to Rs 40,000 per month to tribal and native individuals.

A significant 9,500 tribal and native candidates were recipients of the offer letters, reinforcing the state’s commitment to uphold Jharkhand’s rights.

Persistent efforts are being made to integrate tribal interests into development narratives through various schemes and recognition.

The Rozgar Mela has thus emerged as a symbol of the state’s relentless pursuit of opportunities for its people and a step towards sustainable growth and community development.
