JAMSHEDPUR – The MBA Department of Jamshedpur Women’s University held a one-day ‘Self-Development Workshop’ on mindfulness and meditation.

Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr) Anjila Gupta led the workshop.

Noted Brahma Kumaris visitors expressed their perspectives.

The occasion began with BK Ruchi, BK Anjana, and Dr. Peeyush Ranjan lighting the lamp symbolically.

Distinguished Jamshedpur Women’s University alumni Dr. Kishwar Ara, Dr. Sudhir Sahu, and Dr. Deepa Sharan attended the occasion.

In a motivating speech, Dr. Piyush Ranjan discussed Rajyoga Meditation.

Chief Guest BK Ruchi covered meditation’s basics, conception, techniques, and everyday use.

BK Anjana discussed her meditation experiences during the program.
