Mishra was hospitalized for 58 days before his unfortunate demise. With his death, the case against Chaudhary now transforms into a homicide.

The incident originated when Chaudhary, a resident of Sahara City, allegedly ordered some mangoes through Flipkart.

The delivery agent Rishu Singh was delivering the order when Chaudhary refused to accept it. An argument ensued, leading Chaudhary to brandish a weapon and fire at Singh.

However, instead of hitting Singh, the bullet tragically struck Abhishek Mishra of Sahara City.

The police apprehended Chaudhary and his driver, Bhushan Mahato, within 24 hours of the incident, as confirmed by the City SP K Vijay Shankar at that time.

Both individuals were arrested and the weapon used in the crime was confiscated.

The Mango police’s prompt response led to the timely capture of the accused.
