Ex-CM Raghubar Das to Receive Grand Reception as BJP VP in Jamshedpur
Former CM and BJP’s new National Vice President, Raghubar Das, is set to visit Jamshedpur, prompting grand celebration preparations from local BJP workers.
JAMSHEDPUR – Following his appointment as the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) National Vice President, former Chief Minister Raghubar Das is expected to visit Jamshedpur on Wednesday.
The Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP has reportedly planned a grand reception to welcome him, with the party’s workers preparing for the event from Mango Chowk to Agrico.
Das was appointed to his new post under the leadership of BJP National President JP Nadda, as part of the party’s recently restructured national officer team.
This development has caused considerable excitement among BJP workers across Jharkhand, including Jamshedpur.
Preparations for the Grand Welcome
In a press release issued by the BJP’s Jamshedpur metropolitan branch, detailed plans were shared regarding the reception for the former Chief Minister on his first visit to the city.
BJP’s Jamshedpur Metropolitan President, Gunjan Yadav, has confirmed that preparations are complete for the event and that the party’s workers are eager to welcome their leader.
Celebrations and Felicitations
The celebratory reception will start at 11:30 am on Wednesday, with BJP workers from various divisions welcoming Das from Mango Shaheed Khudiram Bose Chowk to his residence at Agrico. Workers will honor Das with drums, garlands, fireworks, and sweets at various locations under the leadership of the Mandal President.
Worker Participation and Pride
Yadav expressed that BJP workers are filled with pride and happiness as Das, a founding member of the party who has held significant government positions, assumes the role of National Vice President. Yadav urged all BJP workers and supporters in Jamshedpur to participate wholeheartedly in the welcome program.
