Saini’s role as a Project Manager at LifeKiran, a US-based knowledge platform specializing in mental health, has amplified her impact worldwide by providing valuable resources to individuals seeking mental health advice.

Furthermore, her services at Pethamal Psychotherapy Research Foundation as a panel psychologist have been instrumental in offering mental health aid to those in need, earning her high respect among clients and colleagues.

Saini’s exceptional achievements span across different roles including a motivational speaker, author, and counselor.

Her deep engagement in her PhD program focusing on pseudofeminism, gender bias, and gender equality illustrates her commitment to social issues.

Saini is set to receive the prestigious Global Excellence Award from Bhavya Foundation at a ceremony on July 30 at the K Kalindi Auditorium in Jaipur, marking another milestone in her illustrious career.

The Antarashtriya Maitri Sammelan and Global Excellence Award-2023, where she is to be awarded, is also a fundraiser for cancer patients, physically disabled individuals, and children with autism.
