The protest against the move to make use of land near Brahmarshi Vikas Manch and Swarna Banik Samaj buildings in Kadma, Jamshedpur, intensifies.
JAMSHEDPUR – The dispute over usage of land near the buildings of Brahmarshi Vikas Manch and Swarna Banik Samaj in Kadma, Jamshedpur is escalating.
Today, representatives from both communities met with State Health Minister Banna Gupta, appealing for his intervention.
Both societies have formed the Bhavan Bachao Samiti (Save the Building Committee), vowing to safeguard their structures in Kadma.
This move follows Tata Steel’s initiation of the process to make use of land around the buildings, which was swiftly met with resistance from the communities.
Upon learning about the move to make use of the land, the community members reached out to State Health Minister Banna Gupta, urging immediate action.
Notably, MP Bidyut Baran Mahato had previously voiced concerns about this issue.
