Film Exhibition at Jamshedpur Women’s University showcases student talent in addressing social issues through their cinematic creations.

JAMSHEDPUR – The film exhibition hosted by the Department of Journalism and Communication at Jamshedpur Women’s University ended on a high note, highlighting the students’ cinematic brilliance and ability to delve into significant societal issues.

Driven by their mentors’ support and the institution’s guidance, the student-filmmakers excelled in producing substantial works that mirror real-world situations.

The exhibition’s successful execution was a testament to the students’ abilities and aptitudes.

It provided them an active platform to express their views on important societal themes through their films.

The role of Professor Shalini Prasad of the Department of Journalism and Communication was pivotal as she extended a warm welcome to Rahul Amin from Arka Jain University.

Amin’s input and expertise were crucial in refining the students’ projects and guiding them through the filmmaking process.

Moreover, the institution sought the mentorship of Faculty Rahul Amin from the Arka Jain institution to maximize the potential of the students’ work.

His constructive feedback and suggestions significantly contributed to the development of the budding filmmakers.

Finally, the third-year Journalism and Mass Communication students showcased their films under the watchful eye of the respected Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr) Anjila Gupta.

The exhibited films covered a gamut of topics, ranging from Cancer Awareness to Graduate Pass Students and Poverty, reflecting the diversity of student talent at the University.
