Kolhan University Receives Over 27,000 Applications for Undergraduate Course Admission

Kolhan University reports an influx of 27,619 applications for undergraduate admission via the Chancellor Portal, with Ghatsila College receiving the highest number of applications.

JAMSHEDPUR – The application deadline for Kolhan University’s undergraduate course admission (Session 2023-’27) via the Chancellor Portal was July 18, with a substantial total of 27,619 applications submitted.

Among the numerous affiliated institutions of Kolhan University, Ghatsila College topped the list by receiving the highest number of applications, a whopping 2,947.

Other colleges that also received a high number of applications for the undergraduate course under Kolhan University included Tata College Chaibasa with 2,892 applications, LBSM College Jamshedpur with 2,500 applications, Graduate College Jamshedpur with 2,034 applications, and Singhbhum College Chandil with 1,998 applications.

Jamshedpur Co-operative College, JLN College Chakradharpur, and KS College Saraikela also saw a significant number of applications, with 1,760, 1,731, and 1,693 respectively.

On the other hand, the MBNAS Institute of Graduate College in Jamshedpur received only a single application.

The institution is set to release the first merit list based on these submissions in the near future.
