CM Soren Lays Schemes’ Foundation; Criticizes BJP on 1932 Khatian

Jharkhand’s CM Hemant Soren inaugurates various development schemes in Bokaro, firmly addressing the 1932 Khatian issue in BJP’s policies.

BOKARO – The Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren, today laid the foundation stone for various schemes in Bokaro district.

The event signaled a strong political claim in light of the upcoming by-election in Dumri assembly constituency.

This by-election comes after the demise of ex-MLA Jagarnath Mahto of Dumri assembly.

During the occasion, Soren also distributed assets among the beneficiaries, worth Rs 5634.94.

In his address, Soren commended the late MLA Jagarnath Mahato for his close connection with the local populace.

He emphasized that the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has brought developmental progress to every household in the area.

Moreover, he reiterated JMM’s commitment to the people’s welfare.

Thousands of locals attended the event, along with Minister of Product Department Baby Devi and Yogendra Saw.

Saw has been accorded the status of Minister of State by the State Government.

Soren took this opportunity to criticize the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the 1932 Khatian issue.

He claimed that the BJP is attempting to amend the provisions of their law and incite the people.

He asserted that the 1932 Khatian issue is a priority for JMM, and they will defend it.

The Chief Minister accused the BJP of betraying the unemployed with the 1985 law and suppressing the rights of the poor and backward tribal communities.
