DSE Office Clerk Suspended for Alleged Illegal Demands in Recognition Case
Jamshedpur – Vishal Pratap Singh, a clerk at the District Education Superintendent’s (DSE) office, has been suspended by the Deputy Commissioner following allegations of demanding an illegal amount for recognition related to the Right to Education (RTE) of St. Paul’s English School in Nuwagaon Ghatshila.
The suspension comes after an unsatisfactory response from Vishal during the investigation and prima facie evidence supporting the allegations.
The incident unfolded when complaints were lodged against Vishal regarding his alleged involvement in seeking unlawful monetary contributions in exchange for the RTE recognition of St. Paul’s English School. Prompt action was taken by the authorities, and Vishal was immediately issued a notice seeking an explanation for his actions.
Upon careful evaluation of the response provided by Vishal, it was deemed unsatisfactory, raising further concerns about his involvement in the matter.
A subsequent investigation substantiated the allegations against him, leading to his immediate suspension from duty.
During the period of suspension, Vishal will be entitled to a subsistence allowance, which will be paid on a monthly basis.
The amount will be determined based on biometric attendance and will adhere to the rules governing such cases.
Additionally, it has been decided that Vishal’s office will be temporarily assigned as Block Education Extension Officer, Sadar Chaibasa.
