Narbheram Hansraj English School Celebrates Annual Prize Night to Recognize Outstanding Students
ICSE and ISC Examination top performers are recognised at Narbheram Hansraj English School’s annual prize night. The celebration of academic brilliance honours the best students across a range of disciplines.
Jamshedpur – To recognise and congratulate its talented pupils, Narbheram Hansraj English School recently held its Annual Prize Night at the school auditorium.
Nishu Kumari, the District Superintendent of Education and Nodal Officer (RTE cell), East Singhbhum, Jharkhand, attended the prestigious occasion as the chief guest. Distinguished businessman Killol Kamani was the event’s Guest of Honour. A Shloka recitation and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp signalled the start of the ritual and signified its auspiciousness. Saplings and presents were given as a token of thanks to the Chief Guest, Nishu Kumari, and the Guest of Honour, Killol Kamani. In the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) test, Nishu Kumari gave prizes to the top achievers, and Killol Kamani congratulated them.
Piyush Prasad achieved an astounding 99% on the ICSE test, earning the best grade in the Science stream. Md. Huzaifa A. Ehsan received a commendable 98.60%, while Harsh Aryan came in second with an astounding 98.80%. Aisha Imran and Krishna Patwari, who both studied in the Commerce stream, came in second and third, respectively, with respectable scores of 93.20% and 96.80%. 166 individuals took part in the ICSE test, achieving significant results across a range of score ranges.
Jatin Singh scored an incredible 97.50% on the ISC test, which was the best mark in the Science stream. Following closely after with an impressive 96.50%, Moitrayan Nandy also passed the JEE Advance with an All India Rank (AIR) of 6500. The National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test (NEET) was recognised for Sakshi Kumari, the President of the School Council (2022-23), who qualified with a Category Rank of 2339. In the Commerce stream, Muskan Kedia earned the highest grade in the class (95%), followed closely by Neerja Singh’s good score (94.25%). The ISC test highlighted the outstanding accomplishments of 108 students.
In both the ICSE and ISC exams, Narbheram Hansraj English School attained a 100% success result, demonstrating its dedication to academic achievement. The Annual Report, which highlighted the school’s accomplishments in both academics and extracurricular activities, was delivered by Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhury. The school routinely ranks among the top 10 in the city ranking, demonstrating its commitment to raising well-rounded children.
The Acting Vice Principal, Tandrima Banerjee, gave a vote of thanks at the end of the Annual Prize Night to thank everyone who attended for making the event a huge success.
