DBMS English School Jamshedpur Celebrates Achievements at Annual Prize Night

Students Recognized for Excellence; Inspiring Speeches Highlight the Evening

On April 27, 2024, the D.B.M.S. English School in Jamshedpur held its Annual Prize Night, celebrating the remarkable accomplishments of its students.

JAMSHEDPUR – The D.B.M.S. English School celebrated its Annual Prize Night on April 27, 2024, recognizing the exceptional achievements of students in various disciplines.

The event was distinguished by the presence of Dr. Sudhir Rai, GM of Medical Services at Tata Steel Ltd.

The evening began with Yuvraj Sethi from Std. XII A, who shared important safety rules with the attendees, followed by a welcoming speech from Shristi Rani, also from Std. XII A.

Faculty members including Divya Nair, Manisha Bhattacharya, Rajani Shekhar, and P.K. Sahu led the procession of student rankers, showcasing the academic excellence within the school.

One of the event’s highlights was a captivating dance performance by the students, alongside the recognition of Harshit Verma, an alumnus who achieved AIR-272 in the UPSC CSE.

Special awards were given to several outstanding students like Priyanshu Chakraborty and Jahanvi Agarwal, among others.

An inspiring speech by the chief guest motivated the students to pursue further success.

Lalitha Chandrashekhar and B Chandrashekhar, chairpersons of the school’s managing committee, distributed special awards.

The event concluded with a valedictory speech by Anant Jain and a heartfelt thanks to long-serving teachers Bhuvna Shridhar, Neelam Sinha, and Mousumi Tripathi.

Tanav Ringsia delivered the vote of thanks, which was followed by the school anthem, wrapping up the splendid evening.
