Four DAV NIT Students Selected for National Handball and Volleyball Competitions

DAV NIT students chosen to compete in national handball and volleyball contests organized by School Federation of India in New Delhi and Bhopal.

JAMSHEDPUR – Four students from DAV NIT have been selected to participate in the upcoming handball and volleyball competitions organized by the School Federation of India. These contests are set to take place from 6th to 11th June in New Delhi and Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, respectively.

Shreyas Pradhan, Roshan Kumar Yadav, and Devesh Kumar have been chosen to compete in the handball tournament at Chhatrasal Stadium in New Delhi. Pradhan and Yadav are students of class 11, while Kumar is a class 12 student.

Meanwhile, Ashish Jha, another class 12 student, will showcase his skills in the volleyball competition in Bhopal.

DAV NIT Principal OP Mishra shared the news, extending his best wishes to the selected students. He expressed confidence that these participants would bring laurels to the school in these competitions.

Thousands of schools from across the country will participate in these prestigious competitions. Notably, students from 950 units of DAV alone will take part in the contests.
