Jharkhand Upgrades 80 Govt Schools to Offer Free English Medium Education with Modern Facilities
Jharkhand upgrades 80 schools for English medium education, providing free education and modern facilities to students.
Jamshedpur: The Jharkhand state government has selected 80 excellent schools across the state to raise the level of education in government schools.
In these schools, the medium of instruction would be English from now on, and all schools should also be recognized by the CBSE board.
Here, everyone will be provided education free of cost.
In Jamshedpur, three schools have been upgraded under this, including Uttlramit Plus 2 Girls High School Sakchi, BPM Plus 2 High School Barmaines, and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Sundernagar.
A program was organized in Jamshedpur’s upgraded Plus 2 Girls High School, Sakchi, where the Deputy Commissioner of the district was present as the chief guest.
English medium education is being given in all these schools from now on.
All the modern facilities like smart class, computer lab will also be available in these schools, which will prove helpful in providing better education to the students.
The Deputy Commissioner of the district said during the program that knowledge of the English language is necessary in today’s modern era.
Enrollment has started in all the three schools of the district, and all the children who will fill the enrollment form will be enrolled after checking them.
The Deputy Commissioner has also appealed to all the students to enroll themselves in English medium schools.
