Youth Congress organizes candle march in Jamshedpur, honoring 10 jawans and driver killed in Dantewada Naxalite attack.
Jamshedpur – The East Singhbhum District Youth Congress paid tribute to 10 jawans and a private driver who were martyred in a Naxalite attack in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh, by organizing a candle march.
The event aimed to honor the fallen jawans and express solidarity with their families.
Neeraj Singh, the District President of Youth Congress, led the candle march.
The tragic incident occurred a day earlier when Naxalites targeted CRPF jawans in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada, resulting in the loss of 10 jawans and a private driver.
The attack sent shockwaves throughout the country, as it followed a similar assault in Jammu and Kashmir, where terrorists had targeted an army bus, killing several soldiers.
The candle march, organized at Sakchi Golchakkar, aimed to pay tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives in these incidents.
Neeraj Singh, while addressing the gathering, stated that the loss of these brave individuals is a significant blow to the country, one that cannot be easily recovered from.
The event served as a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by those in service and the need to continue working towards peace and security.
