Jamshedpur: The Jharkhand Congress has started the Jai Bharat Satyagraha Yatra from Sidhgora Birsa Munda Town Hall in Jamshedpur, where state Congress leaders and ministers joined the rally on Saturday.
Jharkhand in-charge of Congress, Avinash Pandey, state president Rajesh Thakur, and other leaders appeared on stage together to kick off the yatra.
In his address, Jharkhand Congress in-charge Avinash Pandey lashed out at the Modi government at the center, stating that there is a ban on people speaking their minds in the country.
He criticized the government for trying to intimidate Congressmen, but pledged that the party would continue to oppose the repressive policies of the center through Satyagraha Yatra.

State President Rajesh Thakur appealed to Congress workers to take the Jai Bharat Satyagraha Yatra to the masses.
He emphasized that the Congress was following in the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi, and would continue to fight for justice and the welfare of the people.
The Jai Bharat Satyagraha Yatra is a significant move by the Congress in Jharkhand.

The party aims to take its message of opposition to the Modi government’s policies to the masses and galvanize support ahead of upcoming elections.
The participation of state leaders and ministers in the rally is a positive sign for the party, which has been struggling to gain a foothold in the state.
The yatra is expected to cover a large part of the state, with Congress workers reaching out to people from all walks of life.
The party leaders said that Congress has a long history of leading satyagrahas and mass movements for justice, and the Jai Bharat Satyagraha Yatra is a continuation of this legacy.

The party leaders are hoping that its message of opposition to the center’s policies will resonate with the people and help it regain its position in Jharkhand politics.
