Union Minister to visit city on Thursday, to lay foundations of elevated double corridor and 4-lane highway
Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP is preparing for the upcoming visit of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to Jamshedpur on Thursday. The party has chalked out a detailed plan to make his visit a grand success.
The Union Transport and Highways Minister, Nitin Gadkari, will officially lay the foundations for the elevated double corridor connecting Jamshedpur’s Pardih Kali Temple and Baliguma on Thursday from Bistupur Gopal Maidan.
Together with this, the Union Minister will also officially open the Shahrabeda to Mahulia four-lane highway and lay the cornerstone for an elevated double-decker corridor that will be roughly ten and a half kilometers long (flyover).
BJP workers of Jamshedpur appear to be quite excited about the upcoming visit of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
A meeting of the presidents of several Mandals, the district president of the Morcha, and the BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar District officebearers was held at MP Bidyut Mahato’s office on Monday to guarantee the overall success of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s programme and to ensure the active engagement of party workers.
In the meeting organized under the leadership of BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Gunjan Yadav, various aspects regarding the success of the program were discussed.
During this, a detailed discussion was held regarding the elevated double-decker corridor and the suggestions of various workers regarding the success of the program were recorded.
Reading out the message sent by Member of Parliament Bidyut Baran Mahato, his representative Sanjeev Kumar, who attended the meeting, said that Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has given a historic gift to the people of the city by fulfilling the long-awaited demand of the people of this city.
He said that it will be a historic and magnificent occasion when the elevated double decker corridor’s foundation is officially laid.
He said that the residents of this city would be liberated from several everyday issues on NH with the development of an elevated double decker corridor, which will cost around 2000 crores. He stated that one of his dream projects has been the development of an elevated double-decker corridor that will transform Jamshedpur into a fully modern city. Together with this, the building of the elevated route will also determine Jamshedpur’s roadmap for the next 100 years.
Speaking at the gathering, BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Gunjan Yadav said that the fact that Union Minister Nitin Gadkari is visiting the city for a second time is fortunate for the BJP activists.
His identity as the Union Minister for Roads and Transportation is defined by the nation’s ongoing road building.
He said that the BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar unit is making preparations for a grand welcome to the Union Minister.
He said that BJP members from 28 mandals will reach Bistupur Gopal Maidan to welcome Mr. Gadkari.
To welcome Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and take him from Sonari Airport to the venue Bistupur Gopal Maidan, workers from different morchas will lead a motorcycle procession.
Under the direction of the District presidents of different fronts, thousands of workers will ride motorcycles while carrying party flags and banners.
