All of the pupils were dressed traditionally for the event, and they could be seen dancing enthusiastically to the beat of Mandar.

For the Santhal people, the Baha festival, which is observed across Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, and Assam, is an important occasion.

In the entire region of Santhal Pargana, it is observed with a great deal of fervor and tradition.

In the Santhali language, the word "Baha" is a flower, which stands for simplicity, beauty, and fragrance.

The Sakhua flower, which is essential during the Baha celebration, is comparable to the Palash flowers during Holi.

The event officially begins when the Sakhua flower blooms, and everyone is joyful.

The celebration is distinguished by siring, a traditional song and dance that is an integral part of all activities and rituals.

Wearing their traditional attire, the Cooperative College students excitedly danced to the Mandar rhythms as they actively participated in the performance.
