Youth assaulted over monetary dues in Kapali, seriously injured

Jamshedpur: A youth named Mohammad Sarfaraz was assaulted with a stone and was badly injured over monetary transactions and dispute in Kapali area in Mango.

Sarfaraz sustained serious injuries and he was brought to MGM Hospital, where he is now receiving medical care for his injuries.

The elder brother of Sarfaraz alleged that during a dispute over unpaid dues, one person named Shamsher and his two accomplices assaulted his brother. He said that his brother works with Shamsher on a small contract.

He said that during the assault, bricks and stones were thrown at Sarfaraz, injuring him critically.

After being informed, the Kapali police reached the place and sent Sarfaraz to MGM Hospital for medical treatment.

All of the accused have fled from the site, and the police are investigating the case.
