Baharagora MLA Samir Mohanty meets Gudabandha block officials

Baharagora MLA Samir Mohanty met the officials of different departments at Gudabandha block office and asked them to ensure that the problems faced by villagers are addressed as soon as possible.

Baharagora: To find out ways to ensure that the villagers get all the basic facilities, a meeting was held at the Gudabandha block office at the initiative of Baharagora MLA Samir Kumar Mohanty.

Mohanty too attended the meeting Thursday.

A teams of administrative officials was also present on the occasion.

During the meeting, the MLA Samir Kumar Mohanty gave several instructions to the officers of different departments.

He told them that the villagers living in Gudabandha block have no access to basic facilities like electricity and water.

He told the officials that the villagers should not face any kind of problem.

The MLA also asked them to ensure that the officers of the Electricity Department sit in the block office on Wednesdays every week to address the issues of the villagers.

The drinking water department officers were also asked to ensure that they sit in the block office on Fridays.

He also directed to pay special attention to the problems of the villagers.

In the meeting, the BDOJaiprakash Karmali, Circle Officer, Police Station in-charge Prabhat Kumar, JE of Electricity Department, Manoj Kumar, JE of Drinking Water, Bahragoda Block President Asit Mishra, District Council member Belbuti Murmu, Samir Das, Gautam Das, Rakesh Mohanty, Kariya Hembram, Tado Kisku, Ramai Murmu, Bisal Barik, Megharai Hembram, Binod Bagal, Birbal Bera, Sakila Hembram, Swapan Pal, Manoj Jena, Rinku Pradhan, Lalmahal Mandi, Padmo Bera and others were present.
