BJP forms team to deal with possible 3rd wave of Covid-19

In view of the possibility of a 3rd wave of Covid-19, BJP gave its workers special kits and has formed a 4-member team to tackle the pandemic. Health volunteers would be deployed at booth level too.

Jamshedpur: BJP has started preparations to deal with a possible 3rd wave of corona. It has formed a four-member team and would also deploy health volunteers at booth level to help people.

On Tuesday, the Bharatiya Janata Party started a one-day training under its health volunteer campaign at the auditorium of Bhalubasa Sheetla Bhawan on behalf of Jamshedpur Mahanagar Committee.

During the training campaign, District In-charge Rakesh Chaudhary, MP Bidyut Baran Mahato and District President Gunjan Yadav threw light on the health volunteer campaign in detail.

A doctor, a woman, an IT cell worker and a general worker were added to the campaign.

A health kit was also provided to all the divisions during the campaign.

The kits included oximeter and thermal scanner. It also includes a kit that can be used to test corona at home.

The MP Bidyut Baran Mahato said that on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and on the instructions of National President JP Nadda, BJP has created a team of health volunteers.

Health volunteers will go up to the booth level and explain to the people about the protocol to be followed in case of Corona infection.

It was explained to the health volunteers as to what to do if a person becomes corona infected and how he should be treated and also where he should be taken.

Arrangements will also be made through these health volunteers.

Mahanagar BJP president Gunjan Yadav said that keeping in mind the global epidemic, the BJP started the Swasthya Swayamsevak campaign.

The objective of the campaign is to identify youth and women workers in different areas of the city and connect them as health volunteers with this massive campaign.

He said that its purpose is to serve the society during the possible third wave of corona epidemic and to control this epidemic by making common people more aware of the options available.

Dr. Santosh Gupta, Dr. Upendra Singh, Dr. Umesh Choubey and Dr. Manoj Singh gave detailed information about the pandemic to the health volunteers.
