Shri Balaji Ganapati Vilas Kadma holds 101th AGM, chooses new committee

Jamshedpur: The 101st Annual General Meeting of Shri Balaji Ganpati Vilas Kadma concluded on Wednesday. Many important decisions were taken in the annual general meeting held in the auditorium of Shri Balaji Ganpati Vilas located in Kadma on Wednesday evening.

Earlier, the members of the committee started the meeting with Ganesh Vandana by lighting the lamp. After that, a two-minute silence was observed for the victims of corona pandemic.

Prarthna was made for ending the corona pandemic.

In the annual general meeting, B Vijay Kumar read out the report of the annual general meeting of 2018- 19 to the members present, which was passed unanimously.

President M Kanaka Rao informed the members about the activities of the organisation during 2019-20 and 2020-21.

On the other hand, Treasurer P Girishwara Rao presented the accounts of the financial years 2019-20 and 2020-21, which were unanimously accepted by the members.

Auditor S Koteswara Rao read out the report and gave many important suggestions.

With this, a new committee was also chosen and announced for 2021-22. The old committee rewas reinstated.

General Secretary A. Ganpat Rao expressed his gratitude to the committee for discharging different responsibilities.

T Anji Rao proposed vote of thanks at the end of the programme.
