BJM Kadma unit pays homage to Milkha Singh

Jamshedpur:- BJM Kadma Mandal today paid homage to Milkha Singh, who succumbed to Covid-19 complications last night.

BJM Kadma Mandal and Tigers Club members held a condolence meeting and expressed grief at the untimely demise of national hero.

Arvind Mahato led the condolence meeting.

The youths expressed grief at the news of Milkha Singh’s death and said that he was a true hero who brought fame to the country. They described his death as an irreparable loss for the country.

Arvind Mahato, BJM leader, said that Milkha Singh was a national hero. He was the first athlete who proved that Indians too can perform spectacularly on tracks.

He said that BJM always respects the national heroes and would continue to organise such programs.

He expressed hope that the youths of the country would learn from the struggles and achievements of late Milkha Singh.
