Saryu Roy inaugurates lavatory and water unit in Burmamines BPM High School
Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy on Tuesday inaugurated a newly constructed lavatory and drinking water unit at BPM School in Burmamines. These units have been constructed by Rotary Club of Jamshedpur.
Most of the students studying in this school belong to poor and marginalised sections. Rotary Club has constructed a lavatory and drinking water unit in the school as a part of its social responsibility initiative.
Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy lauded the efforts of Rotary Club and said that cleanliness and literacy are two missions which will play an important role in the development of the country.
He said that Rotary Club has been playing a yeoman’s service in helping the students of poor and marginalised sections of the society pursue their dreams.
A large number of locals and students and staff of BPM School were also present on the occasion.
