Coronavirus claims 1 life in Jharkhand on Saturday, total deaths 922

154 fresh coronavirus infection cases detected, 328 cured and discharged too

Ranchi: Coronavirus claimed 1 life in Jharkhand on Saturday. With this, the total death toll in Jharkhand due to covid-19 has now reached 922.

According to official data, on Saturday, 1 person died taking the total casualty in the state due to the pandemic to 922. 154 new coronavirus positive cases were also found. With this, the total number of infections in the state till Saturday has now reached 1,05,935.

On Saturday itself, 328 persons were also cured and discharged from hospitals and home quarantine. Till date, 1,01,897 persons have been cured in the state.

Official data say that the state has tested 37,77,488 samples till Saturday. Out of these 1,05,935 have tested positive.

The state, for now, has 3,116 active cases of coronavirus infection.
