Quality Month 2020 kicks off in Tata Steel

Jamshedpur: Tata Steel observed the opening of the Quality Month, announcement of which was made today on CEO & MD online. The theme for the Quality Month 2020 is “genQ: Next Generation of Quality”. The theme focuses on the next Generation Quality, to perfect the balance between people, processes, technology.

CQA and TQM department have jointly organised a myriad of events, mainly on virtual platforms, which includes WOW session with Dr Bindeshwar Pathak, founder of Sulabh International, Leadership Speak by Senior Leaders, e-hackathon challenges on Quality, Qtalk by customers etc.

The month-long campaign is celebrated every year in November to reinforce the principles of maintaining high quality deliverables across various systems and processes.
