Indian Super League to kick off on Nov 20 at 7.30 PM in Goa
ATK Mohun Bagan and SC East Bengal rivalry big attraction this year
Jamshedpur: Indian Super League 2020-21 is slated to begin on November 20th, 2020. It will kick off in Goa. The announcement to this effect was made by the organisers.
With less than one month left for the much anticipated start of the soccer league, excitement among Indian soccer lovers is only growing with time.
This time the ISL 2020-21 will have a special feature as it will be played in a bio bubble in Goa to ward off Coronavirus pandemic.
The matches will be hosted at only three venues of Goa, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, Tilak Maidan in Vasco and GMC Athletic Stadium in Bambolim.
Star Sports Network, Disney and Hotstar VIP and Jio TV will all telecast the league matches starting November 20, 2020 7.30 PM onwards.
The schedule for the ISL 2020-21 is yet to be released. It is expected to be released soon, however.
This year the football season will be much more exciting as Mohun Bagan and East Bengal too have been included in the league.
Mohun Bagan have now merged with defending champs ATK and they will now feature in ISL 2020-21 as ATK Mohun Bagan.
On the other hand, East Bengal will play as the 11th team of the League and they would appear as SC East Bengal.
