Corona claims 3 lives in Jharkhand on Sunday, total death toll 787

Ranchi: In keeping with the declining trend of Coronavirus pandemic at the national as well as local scale, Coronavirus claimed only 3 lives in Jharkhand on Sunday. With this, the total death toll in the state has reached 787 now.

According to official data, till Sunday, 26,40,471 samples have been tested in the state. Out of these, 92,525 samples have tested positive.

For now, the state has only 8,167 active cases of coronavirus infection in different districts. IN all, 83,571 patients have already been cured and discharged, either from hospitals or from home quarantine.

On Sunday itself, 766 patients were cured and discharged from different districts of the state. However, 574 new coronavirus infection cases have also been detected in the state taking the total infection cases for the state to 92,525 till date. However, only 8,167 of these cases are active at present.
