JAMSHEDPUR – Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address an election rally in Ghatshila, East Singhbhum district, on May 19.

The rally is in support of Bidyut Baran Mahato, the BJP candidate for the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha seat.

This marks PM Modi’s first rally in the constituency for the upcoming elections.

The Jamshedpur Lok Sabha seat will go to polls on May 25.

Preparations for the rally are in full swing, with heightened security measures.

Senior administrative officials have been actively involved in planning and reviews.

On Monday, Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal inspected the Moubhandar Football Ground, the rally venue.

They also reviewed the helipad site designated for the Prime Minister’s chopper landing.

A meeting with district administration officials, Hindustan Copper Limited representatives, and BJP leaders was convened to coordinate the arrangements.

Further inspections of the venue are scheduled to ensure the finalization of security measures.

The district administration’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and secure rally environment is evident through these meticulous preparations.
