RBNJKS urges CM to re-open salon and beauty industry

Jamshedpur: Rashtriya Bhrastachar Niyantran Evam Jan Kalyan Sangathan has urged the Chief Minister of Jharkhand to allow the hair salon industry to operate in the state.

In a memorandum submitted to the Chief Minster through teh Deputy Commissioner’s office, the members of the organisation said that the salon industry has been closed since last March 22 and financial penury is forcing the people of this industry to end their lives.

They said that recently two salon operators of the city have ended their lives and their family is now facing a dire strait.

They urged the Chief Minister to examine the possibility of re-opening the salon business in the state.

Akhilesh Kumar, general secretary of the organisation said that the government must act with empathy towards the salon operators.
