Corona takes 9 lives on Friday in Jamshedpur, total death toll in city now 126

Jamshedpur: Corona death toll has now reached 126 in Jamshedpur. 9 Covid-19 positive patients have died in the city on Friday. All were admitted in TMH.

With 9 deaths on Friday, the total number of deaths in the city has reached 126.

Late evening in TMH, a 76-year-old man from Mango also died. Similarly a 63-year-old man from Ulidih succumbed to complications. Similarly, a 50-year-old resident of Burmamines too died of breathing difficulties taking the total for the day to 9.

Those who died on Friday include Dr M M Agrawal of Golmuri. He was 71. He had hypertension and was admitted in TMH with breathing difficulties and high fever.

Dr. M M Agrawal was the Assistant CMO of Jamshedpur for several years.

IMA Secretary Dr Mrityunjay Singh has expressed grief at his death.

The other patients who died on Friday include a 74-year-old patient of Golmuri. He too was admitted with breathing difficulties. He died on Friday.

Similarly a 79-year-old businessman of Dhatkidih market too died. He was admitted in TMH on August 11 last.

A 50-year-old woman from Birsanagar also died of Covid-19 related complications.

A 58-year-old man of Birsanagar also died Friday morning. He too as admitted with high fever and breathing difficulties.
