2 youths arrested, sent to judicial custody for attempting theft at Azadnagar BOI ATM

Jamshedpur: Azadnagar Police arrested two youths on Sunday on the charges of attempting to manipulate an ATM machine with an intention to steal money from it. Both were sent to judicial custody.

The attempted theft in an ATM outlet of Bank Of India in Azadnagar area had taken place on August 3 last.

Two arrested for attempting theft at ATM

The police had succeeded in identifying the two persons with the help of the CCTV footage captured by the camera installed in the ATM outlet.

Azadnagar Police said that the two youths were trying to fiddle with the ATM with an intention to steal money and this information was passed to the police.

The police, on the basis of the CCTV footage, have arrested two youths – Roshan Ali and Qurban Ali.
