124 new Covid-19 positive cases in city on Sunday, total 1404

Jamshedpur: The rate of spread of Corona in Jamshedpur is now getting out of hand. On Sunday itself 124 new Covid-19 positive patients were found in the city taking the total infected tally to 1404. One woman has died too.

The silver lining is that in all 611 persons have been cured and discharged in the city too. That leaves the number of active cases to 769, which is still significant.

On Sunday too 25 patients were cured and discharged.

Out fo the 124 new patients, 11 have had travel history. This is the highest number of positive persons to be found on a single day.

On the other hand, in Seraikela-Kharsawan district too 16 fresh Covid-19 cases have bee detected.
