57 more Covid-19 cases in Jamshedpur, total now 819

Jamshedpur: 57 more persons have tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on Saturday. This takes the total number of infected persons to 819 in Jamshedpur.

6 persons have also been cured and discharged from the two Covid-19 hospitals of the city.

10 out of the 57 new cases have had a travel history to other parts of the country. They are now being admitted in the Covid-19 wards.

The administration has reiterated its appeal to the citizens to continue complying with safety norms and social distancing. It also appealed to them to not to go out of their houses unless necessary and advised them to continue wearing masks in public.
