13 COVID-19 patients of Chakulia quarantined

Jamshedpur: COVID-19 pandemic is spreading its tentacles fast in East Singhbhum. As many as 13 new cases were reported in Chakulia. A report confirming this was issued by the health department.
All patients have travel history. They have been taken to the COVID-19 ward at Tata Main Hospital.
The only relief is that the COVID-19 positive patients were kept in a quarantine centre. As a result, the district administration does not need to create a containment zone in the block.
Sources said six of the COVID-19 patients were kept at Teachers Training College quarantine centre in Chakulia while one of them was kept at Baramara panchayat quarantine centre.
All six patients are workers who recently returned from Thane, Maharashtra. One more patient has come from Maharashtra. Three patients have come from Gujarat while one has come here from Andhra Pradesh.
