Containment zone created in Kitadih as contract worker is found Corona positive

Jamshedpur: A contract worker of Kitadih area has tested positive for Corona and a containment zone has been created in the area where he lives.
On the instructions of the circle officer, the area around his house has been declared as a containment zone.

On Wednesday, people from several police station areas tested positive for Corona and this has caused a scamper and a wave of concern in the administration. Containment zones are being created in different areas of the city.
A contract worker of Tata Steel and a resident of Kitadih was confirmed to be Corona positive. The circle officer and the officer in charge of Parsudih police station rushed to Kitadih and the area was declared as containment zone and a buffer zone was also created.
The circle officer Anurag Tiwari said that in all 35 people from six families have been kept in the containment zone, while eight houses fall in the buffer zone.
He said that volunteers are being deployed to ensure all provisions and amenities are made available to the people living in these containment and buffer zones.
