JAMSHEDPUR – MLA Purnima Sahu inaugurated the two-day Jaycee Premier League 4.0 cricket tournament organized by JCI Jamshedpur Royals at Tube Makers Club on Saturday.

Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Sahu praised the sporting initiative during the ceremony. She emphasized sports’ role in building unity among youth. The legislator also highlighted discipline and teamwork benefits.

Sahu lauded JCI Jamshedpur Royals for promoting sporting culture. She stated that such events strengthen team spirit. Leadership qualities develop through these tournaments, she added.

The MLA remarked on sportsmanship’s true essence. Participation matters more than winning, she said. Learning and bonding through sports are most important.

Five competitive matches marked the opening day. Jamshedpur witnessed teams from prominent organizations compete. Marwari Yuva Manch defeated Jamshedpur Dental Association first.

DBMS Alumni triumphed over Institute of Chartered Accountants. The alumni team displayed impressive field performance. Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce outplayed Builders Association convincingly.

Host team JCI Jamshedpur Royals defeated Young Indians. Local supporters cheered enthusiastically during the match. Loyola Alumni beat CICASA in the fifth encounter.

JC Vivek Agarwal leads the organizing committee as President. JC Utsav Mittal serves as Secretary for the event. Moreover, JC Vishal Agarwal handles treasury responsibilities.

Tarakishore Agarwal supports the organizational efforts actively. Other members ensured smooth conduct of matches. The team managed arrangements efficiently throughout Saturday.

JCPL 4.0 features live streaming on YouTube. Cricket enthusiasts can watch matches remotely now. The digital platform extends reach beyond stadium boundaries.

Sunday will host remaining competitive matches. Semi-finals and finals determine the championship winner. Teams prepare for the decisive encounters ahead.

The tournament showcases professional and youth talent. Various associations participate in this edition. JCPL continues strengthening Jamshedpur’s sporting landscape considerably.
