JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand Andolankari Manch submitted a memorandum to the President through East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner demanding Bharat Ratna for late Chief Minister Shibu Soren on January 21, 2026.
The forum calls Shibu Soren the father of Jharkhand state. Leaders submitted the demand letter through administrative channels. Moreover, they emphasized his contribution to separate statehood movement.
