Chandil Police Crack Hotel Firing Case, Arrest 3 from Jamshedpur

Special Team Nabs Suspects Using CCTV Footage and Technical Evidence

CHANDIL – Chandil police arrested three individuals for the firing incident at Hotel Tata Highway on NH-33 Asanbani on November 20 night.

The arrested accused are Mo Shahbaz Alam (20), Mo Shahid Raza (19), and Mo Faizan Alam alias Mattha (20). All three belong to Mango and Azadnagar areas of Jamshedpur.

A special team was formed on SP’s directive. The team worked on technical evidence and CCTV footage. Moreover, human intelligence also helped in cracking the case.

Police have identified other absconding suspects. Continuous raids are being conducted to arrest them. However, the motive behind the firing remains under investigation.

Chandil police confirmed the addresses and identities of arrested accused. Technical evidence played a crucial role in reaching the suspects. Furthermore, raids were conducted at various locations simultaneously.

Additional security forces have been deployed on the highway. The hotel premises also received enhanced security arrangements. In addition, police increased patrolling in the surrounding areas.

Initial interrogation revealed accused confessed their involvement. The reason behind the firing is still unclear. Besides, police are investigating the alleged dispute that led to incident.

The raid operation included several senior officers. Chandil Thana In-charge Dilson Biruwa led from front. On the other hand, Chauka Thana In-charge Sonu Kumar assisted him.

PUANI Rahul Kumar Bharti participated in the operation. SANI Sitaram Mardi was also present during raids. Moreover, Ajit Munda and Surendra Kumar Singh joined the team.

Armed forces from Chandil police station provided support. The team showed complete alertness during the operation. Police officials expressed confidence about arresting remaining accused soon.
