District Administration Organizes Educational Visit for Government Schools

JAMSHEDPUR – The district administration facilitated an educational tour for 420 rural students to explore Jamshedpur’s industrial and cultural landmarks.

Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal spearheaded this learning initiative. Moreover, students were selected through school-level competitions.

Diverse Learning Experience

The tour covered multiple prestigious locations. Furthermore, students visited JRD Tata Sports Complex and Jharkhand Rifle Club’s shooting range.

Major industrial sites included Tata Steel UISL and Tata Motors. Additionally, students explored CSIR-NML and technical training institutes.

Educational Impact

Students gained practical insights into industrial operations. Meanwhile, they expressed appreciation for this hands-on learning opportunity.

The initiative aims to broaden career perspectives. Besides, it promotes experiential learning among rural students.

Future Plans

A follow-up visit is scheduled for January 16. On the other hand, Ashtakoshi Plus Two High School students will visit Indo-Danish Tool Room.

The program emphasizes comprehensive development. Meanwhile, it continues to connect students with real-world learning opportunities.
