JAMSHEDPUR – JMS Mining Private Limited conducted a successful campus placement drive at Karim City College on November 20, 2025.

Karim City College in Sakchi hosted the recruitment event. JMS Mining Private Limited organized the campus placement drive. The program targeted B.Com pass out graduates exclusively.

However, 52 students received shortlist notifications for the selection process. Mr. Ashish from the finance department conducted interviews. HR Head participated alongside CA Mr. Manish Agarwal.

Principal Dr. Mohammad Reyaz inaugurated the drive with an encouraging speech. He motivated students to perform confidently during interviews. Moreover, he emphasized the importance of such opportunities for career growth.

The selection process resulted in 18 students securing positions. The company offered an annual package of ₹3 lakh. In addition, selected candidates will receive comprehensive benefits.

Medical insurance coverage forms part of the compensation package. Group personal accident insurance provides additional security. Furthermore, term life insurance ensures long-term protection for employees.

On the other hand, accommodation facilities come from the company side. Food arrangements are included in the employment terms. These extra benefits enhance the overall compensation structure significantly.

Dr. Anwar Shahab, Chief Coordinator of Employment Promotion Unit, oversaw proceedings. Dr. G. Vijayalakshmi, Coordinator of Placement Cell, managed logistics efficiently. The placement team ensured smooth execution throughout the day.

Dr. Rashmi Akhtar contributed to the successful organization. Dr. Aftab Alam assisted in coordinating various activities. Meanwhile, Dr. Fauzia Tabassum from the Placement Cell handled documentation work.

The coordinated efforts resulted in seamless process completion. All stages progressed without any significant delays. The professional conduct impressed the recruiting team members.

College faculty members congratulated the selected students warmly. Teachers expressed happiness over this collective achievement. The institution takes pride in student placement success rates.
