Tribute Meeting Held for Late Ramdas Soren in Ghatshila

JAMSHEDPUR – A condolence meeting was held in Ghatshila on August 23 in memory of late Ramdas Soren.

The program took place at Netaji Subhash Nagar Bhavan (Town Hall) on Dak Bungalow Road at 2 p.m. It was organized by Jharkhand Mukti Morcha’s East Singhbhum District Coordination Committee.

JMM leaders, legislators, and a large number of workers attended. A two-minute silence was observed for the departed leader. Prayers were offered for peace of his soul, and condolences were extended to his family.

Senior JMM leader Mohan Karmakar, Baharagora MLA Sameer Mahanti, Ichagarh MLA Sabita Mahato, Jugsalai MLA Mangal Kalindi, and Potka MLA Sanjeev Sardar were present. Former MLA Laxman Tudu, Gau Seva Commission Vice President Raju Giri, Sheikh Badruddin, Pramod Lal, district conveners Baghray Mardi, Sunil Mahato, Sagen Purti, Saroj Mahapatra, Chandrawati Mahato, Hiramani Murmu, Pintu Dutta, Manoj Yadav, Ajay Rajak, Laltu Mahato, Ramesh Hansda, Aditya Pradhan, and several block presidents and workers also attended.

Representatives from various social organizations were also part of the gathering, making it a significant community tribute to the late leader.
