JAMSHEDPUR – Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal conducted a meeting at the district police headquarters on Tuesday, where station in-charges were trained on the use of the E-Sakshya and E-Red apps. These digital tools aim to improve evidence recording and accident data management.

Boosting Investigations with E-Sakshya App

The E-Sakshya app allows police officers to record evidence and recoveries directly from the crime scene. SSP Kaushal highlighted that this tool would strengthen investigations by ensuring evidence is well-documented and securely stored, thus aiding the prosecution’s case.

Efficient Accident Data Management with E-Red App

The E-Red app is designed to collect detailed information about accidents, including data on damaged vehicles and related losses. This app is expected to streamline the process of compiling and analyzing accident-related details for further action.
