JAMSHEDPUR – The 9th Netra Jyoti Mahayagna concluded today at the Ram Manohar Lohia Seva Sansthan in Bagbera, where 322 cataract patients underwent successful free eye surgeries. The camp was organized in the memory of Late KK Singh, former patron of the Red Cross Society.

Service to Humanity Through Vision Restoration

Vikas Singh, a key organizer, highlighted the purpose of the camp, stating, “The initiative is dedicated to serving humanity by restoring vision for those in need. This year, patients from across India and even neighboring countries participated.” He further emphasized, “Eyes are vital to experiencing the world, and such efforts bring light to many lives.”

Comprehensive Care for Patients

Post-surgery, patients were provided with medicines, meals, and heartfelt farewells. The institute aims to ensure holistic care for cataract patients, alleviating financial burdens while restoring their vision.
