MEDININAGAR – A special Satsang gathering was held at the ISKCON premises on Police Line Road, where Dr. Keshavananda Das inspired attendees with teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.
The day began with Mangala Arti, followed by devotional prayers to Lord Krishna and Radha Rani. Devotees, filled with reverence, participated in rituals and listened intently to spiritual discourses. The event highlighted the eternal joy that comes from devotion to God, transcending worldly attachments.
Messages of Devotion and Spiritual Growth
Dr. Keshavananda Das, the chief speaker and ISKCON preacher, delved into the essence of Bhagavad Gita’s teachings. He shared, “The Lord protects devotees from worldly struggles and guides them on the path of devotion. Pure and selfless love for the divine ensures peace and happiness.” He urged everyone to resolve to deepen their devotion in the New Year.
Chanting and Collective Worship
Devotees engaged in Harinam Sankirtan, chanting the names of Lord Krishna, creating a spiritually charged atmosphere. Dr. Das explained that in the current age, chanting God’s name is the ultimate means to attain liberation. He answered devotees’ questions, providing guidance and resolving doubts.
