MEDININAGAR – The CNI Church in Redma and Union Church on Station Road conducted special Christmas services, drawing large congregations of faithful on Monday.
The CNI Church began its service at 7:30 AM under Father Sanjeet Khalko’s guidance. The ceremony included Bible readings and cake cutting.
“Christ’s message needs to be embraced in our lives,” Father Khalko said. Meanwhile, devotees sang carols commemorating Jesus’s birth.
Union Church Celebrations
Union Church started its mass at 9 AM, led by Father Prabhu Ranjan Masih. Additionally, youth groups presented special Christmas carols.
“Jesus gave messages of faith, justice and brotherhood,” Father Masih stated. Moreover, he emphasized creating an atmosphere of peace and service.
Community Participation
Both churches saw enthusiastic participation from youth. “The nativity scenes attracted visitors until evening,” a church committee member noted.
Furthermore, Christian families exchanged greetings throughout the day. However, the focus remained on prayer and spiritual reflection.
