JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur Women’s University hosted an interactive session on women’s healthcare in partnership with JMA.

The event began with traditional lamp lighting. Dean Dr. Kishwar Ara welcomed the gathering.

“Women must prioritize their health through simple lifestyle changes,” emphasized JMA Operation Head Thumpa Mukherjee.

Expert Guidelines

The speaker outlined essential health practices. She stressed avoiding processed food consumption.

Moreover, Mukherjee recommended limiting screen time before sleep. Regular exercise formed another key component of her advice.

Interactive Session

Students actively participated in the discussion. They raised various health-related queries.

Meanwhile, the session highlighted intermittent fasting benefits. The 14-hour fasting guideline drew particular attention.

Collaborative Initiative

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anjila Gupta guided the program. The university partnered with JMA for broader reach.

Furthermore, Dr. Sweta Prasad managed the proceedings. Dr. Keya Banerjee from MBA department delivered the thank-you note.
