JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel Zoological Park is set to inaugurate its newly constructed Butterfly House on Saturday, December 21, at 11:30 AM.
The Butterfly House marks a significant milestone under the zoo’s restructuring plan. Designed to align with international standards, this addition enhances the visitor experience and promotes biodiversity awareness. The initiative is part of the zoo’s revised Master Plan for its ongoing modernization.
Chanakya Chaudhary, President of Tata Steel Zoological Society, will be the Chief Guest for the event. The Butterfly House is expected to feature a variety of native and exotic butterfly species in a natural habitat. Officials noted that the space incorporates environmentally friendly design elements to simulate natural conditions for butterflies.
